Prior to that, he toured with such notable artists as kd lang, The Chicks (aka Dixie Chicks), The
Wallﬂowers, Juliana Hatﬁeld, Ben Kweller and Boston power pop rockers, Gigolo Aunts. Upon
moving to Nashville in 2007, Fred became a sought after session musician, recording with
hundreds of artists including: Willie Nelson, Carrie Underwood, Miranda Lambert, Darius
Rucker, Kacey Musgraves, Tears for Fears, Vince Gill, Steven Tyler, Robert Plant and Lucinda Williams. He
has shared the stage with legendary artists such as: Billy Gibbons, Joe Walsh, Paul Rodgers, Elvis Costello,
Todd Rundgren, Bonnie Raitt, Jerry Lee Lewis, Carole King, Dr. John, Kris Kristoﬀerson,
